Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, making them ideal for moments that arrive unexpectedly or when you simply don’t want to wait. Once shipped, delivery time will depend on your selected courier and location.

Custom arrangements are created slowly and intentionally, just for you or the person you’re gifting.

From the moment your order is confirmed, your piece enters production. Creation takes 5–7 business days, after which it is carefully packaged and handed to the courier. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location.

Every Iris Told Me arrangement is packaged with intention, because how it arrives matters just as much as what’s inside.

For collection:
Your arrangement will be gently wrapped in our signature craft paper, ready to be handed over or gifted as is.

For courier delivery:
Arrangements are first wrapped in protective craft paper, then placed securely inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

We take care with every order, but once a parcel is in the hands of the courier, delivery timelines are dependent on their service and your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Our flowers are handmade and intentionally delicate. Please handle them with care.

• Avoid pulling, bending, or applying pressure to individual stems
• Place and adjust gently to preserve their shape and finish
• These arrangements are designed to be admired, not handled frequently
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Flowers contain wires and small parts that can cause harm if handled roughly.
• They are not toys and should not be taken apart or played with.

Because our arrangements are handmade and often created to order, we approach returns with care and fairness.

Ready to Ship arrangements:
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation and assist where possible.

Custom arrangements:
Custom pieces are made especially for you. For this reason, only 50% of the order value is refundable should a cancellation or return be approved. The remaining amount covers materials, time, and production already committed to your piece.
