Ready-made items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom arrangements: Handmade in 5–7 business days, then shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

Courier delivery usually takes:

2–4 business days for major cities, and 3–7 business days for outlying areas.

Delays can happen due to weather, courier load, or busy seasons. We’ll always keep you updated where possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on where you live and the size of the parcel.

4. Tracking

You’ll receive tracking information the moment your parcel leaves our hands.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or delivery attempts failed, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
