About Iris Told Me
Iris Told Me is a small, independent studio creating handmade artificial flower arrangements and gift items. Every piece is crafted with care, and many of our products are made to order.
Products & Availability
We offer two types of products:
• Ready to Ship arrangements, which are already made and available for immediate purchase
• Custom arrangements, which are created specifically for each order
Availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities without prior notice.
Handmade Nature of Products
All Iris Told Me arrangements are handmade. This means:
• slight variations in colour, shape, or placement are natural
• no two pieces will ever be exactly the same
These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required for Ready to Ship items.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.
Custom Orders
Custom arrangements are made specifically for you based on your order details.
Once production begins:
• changes may not be possible
• cancellations are subject to our refund policy
• a maximum of 50% of the order value may be refunded, depending on the stage of production
Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline or special request.
Production & Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith:
• Ready to Ship: prepared within 1–2 business days
• Custom Orders: production takes 5–7 business days
Courier delivery time is additional and depends on your location and courier selection.
Delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or events beyond our control may occur.
Shipping & Risk
Once an order is handed to the courier:
• responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier
• Iris Told Me cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit
We will assist where possible in resolving courier-related issues.
Safety & Use of Products
All Iris Told Me arrangements are intended for decorative purposes only. They contain wires and small components and are not suitable as toys. Customers are responsible for keeping products out of reach of children and pets and for handling them safely. Iris Told Me shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or incidents arising from improper use or handling of the products.
Returns & Refunds
Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to that policy in full.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and designs, belongs to Iris Told Me and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Use of Website
You agree not to:
• misuse or interfere with the website
• attempt to access restricted areas
• use our content for commercial purposes without permission
